It started with Naruto for me. I was always impressed by the anime character designs in shows like Avatar, Teen titans and Ben 10 as a kid along with video games such as Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy, so it was bound to happen one day. Then I caught Naruto on Cartoon Network and was blown away. It was the first cartoon I saw on that channel that had blood, death and disturbing themes on par with that of an R rated movie. Then I got sucked into the rabbit hole that is shonen anime, before seinen shows like Fate Zero and Steins Gate cemented anime as a medium I was genuinely interested in.

yeah, characters and their connections are probably the strongest point in Naruto. But yeah, everyone’s anime experience is very unique and that’s why they’re all interesting to listen to 😄
